I remember the days when my parents traded our old (red) taperecoder for a whole lamb that lasted us a week for a family of five.

But now things have changed. You will need a new CD player now :)

Here in Georgia prices went up, but also the amount of sheep grows every year...
Now it costs already 40-50 USD.
So I guess this is also the price for a CD-Player in Mongolia (China not far ;-)

How can a lamb last a week for your whole family ?

3 Georgians eat a lamb in 3 hours and drink lots of wine too... ;-)

Pardon me...
The old taperecorder was traded for a sheep. Mongolians don't eat their lambs, but raise them to have a bigger feast:)

I remember when I was 5 years old we would go to country for summer holidays. My cousin and I played all day and when we get hungry we would catch a sheep. One will hold it, while other would be drinking milk and then we would switch. I tell those stories to my fellow coworkers and even to my CEO; they laughed so hard and could not believe it. But you know what it was most fun summer I had.
